The owner of Crave the Burn Fitness. I Started my business in training in 2016. After my USAF Military Police service in 2012, I discovered my passion for wellness and fitness. I began my journey of mind and body transformation to better my life and become a healthier role model Dropping from 295lbs to sustaining 200lbs. I took that passion and turned it into a business. I love helping motivate people to achieve their personal goals of a healthy lifestyle and all around Fitness. My Grandfather use to say "You never work a day in your life, if you truly love what you do", and it shows in all of my training sessions! Certified Strength and Conditioning, Stretching, Nutrition, Kickboxing, Group Exercise, Transformation Specialist, Water Aerobics and Motivation.

No, you do not need any special equipment or tools for Crave the Burn Fitness coaching. Our coaches work with you to create a plan that fits your lifestyle and preferences, using resources and tools that are easily accessible and convenient for you.

What types of coaching does Crave the Burn Fitness offer?

We offer a range of coaching services to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our services include nutrition coaching, fitness coaching, stress management coaching, online coaching programs and more. We also work with you to create a customized coaching plan that fits your specific needs and goals.

What's your cancelation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule any time before 24hrs prior to appointment. Anything within 24hrs. Will get charged for the session. Each situation is different.

What is your Refund policy?

You won’t ask for one, but if so because my training sessions Never expire. The client can offer them to family or friends but will not receive partial refund of package. Only Non-Started/unused packages are eligible for refund After 30 days Of purchase.
Your first session is FREE. (Doesn’t count as part of package).

ONLINE COACHING Work out live personal training via a video call on your phone or computer. Each virtual personal training session will be one-on-one with Brandon Craver Elite Personal Trainer, catering to your specific health needs And step by step workout routines
STRENGTH and CONDITIONING training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance. certified personal trainer

BEACH BOOT CAMP program provides five strength-centered workouts that varie each session and each about 60 minutes in duration. The workouts rotate through a focus on the chest, back, shoulders, legs, and biceps and triceps.

LIT WATER AEROBICS is a form of aerobic exercise that requires water-immersed participants. Most water aerobics is in a group fitness class setting or one on one with a trained professional teaching for about an hour. The classes focus on aerobic endurance, resistance training, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere with music.

HIIT Trim and Tone. HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements. With a strict meal plan to trim and tone to your maximum desired body style.
Kickboxing Classes. basics with Cardio kickboxing included. Cardio Kickboxing is a non-competitive, aerobic fitness exercise that incorporates kickboxing techniques and movements. It is a cardiovascular-focused exercise inspired by the kickboxing sport with less impact and non sparring.
